Hand painted murals bring colour and creativity to the LVS Ascot school library

At the end of June, four new murals were added to the LVS Ascot school library. I designed the murals pictured here, and students aged 11 to 15 brought them to life with their painting skills. Collaborating with the children has been a wonderful experience, allowing them to leave their mark on the school and transform blank walls into vibrant and inspirational artworks.

The library invited me to create a series of new artworks as an extension of the staircase mural I completed last year with the assistance of students. In that project, we transformed the stairway leading to the library into various environments, encapsulating the theme 'Reading is an Adventure.' This year, the murals continue this theme, exploring the idea of where reading and knowledge can take you in life – from vibrant rainforests to experiencing diverse cultures from around the world.

If you're interested in collaborating on a mural project, I am available and eager to bring more spaces to life with vibrant art. Please reach out through the form on the 'Contact' page for any enquiries.
